  • The total number of complaints is displayed, along with a comparison to the previous month, indicating the increase or decrease in percentage.

  • The total number of resolved complaints follows the same logic, showing the resolution rate and any changes compared to the previous month.

  • User and brand counters also operate similarly, providing insights into growth trends.

  • The messages, brand notifications, complaint notifications, and comment notifications sections display the latest 10 records, allowing you to quickly access the most recent updates.
