All complaint

On this page, all complaints are arranged to be displayed starting from the latest. All active, responded, pending, and resolved complaints will be shown. The search section is designed to allow you to quickly search and find any complaint. Additionally, you can perform a quick filter sorting with the sorting section. The section on the left lists 15 brands, and the condition here is that the brands are sorted from top to bottom based on the highest complaint resolution rate.


Complaint detail

This page provides the details of the complaint. If the complaint is resolved, there will be a small note at the top of the complaint indicating that the complaint has been fully resolved. Responses to the complaint from the brand or user will be displayed. When the brand responds, the complainant has the right to respond. The complainant can select the status of the complaint and mark 'Yes' if the issue is resolved or 'No' if it is not resolved.

  • If 'Yes' is selected, the complaint is marked as resolved.

  • If 'No' is selected, the brand is sent a new right to respond again.

Other users can also comment on the complaint if they wish, or click the '...' icon next to the complaint and comment counters to like it and save it to their favorites, or share the complaint on social platforms using the 'share' button.
