My profile

On the profile page where users can edit their information, they can change their first and last name if they wish, update their email address to another email address that is not already in the system, or edit their phone number as well.

On this page, the user can see the complaints they have submitted, the complaints that have been resolved, the total number of comments they have made, and the number of complaints they have liked.

If a user wants to switch to a brand, they can send a preliminary application for the brand transition from this page.
