All the steps related to the area where users will create complaints have been provided step by step.
In this step, the subject of the complaint is asked as the main title. The user can choose to use the predefined titles created by the administrator if desired.
In this step, we ask the user for a detailed explanation of the complaint. The complaint should be at least 200 characters long and no more than 1000 characters. The user cannot write fewer or more characters than this.
In this step, we ask the user to select the brand they are complaining about. A search field has been provided for quick finding. Only one brand can be selected in this step.
This is the final step. Here, the user can optionally add photos to support their complaint. The important thing is that we allow a maximum of 3 images to be uploaded, and the size of these images can be controlled by you as an administrator through the admin panel.
After this step, the user’s complaint process is completed. If the 'Automatically Approve Complaints' option is enabled in the admin panel, the complaint is approved immediately and sent to the brand. If the 'Manual Approval' option is enabled, the complaint is first sent to the administrator for approval and awaits your confirmation.
