First, you need to add a category before adding a frequently asked question (FAQ).

Here, you can find the list of frequently asked questions (FAQs). If the "home" option is enabled, the selected questions will be displayed on your homepage.

Here, you can add your frequently asked questions (FAQs). If the status is active, the question will appear on the "Help" page. If the "Show on homepage" option is enabled, the question will be displayed on the homepage.
