Detailed description of the sections on the homepage
Search section
In this section, the image can be managed from the 'image setting' section under 'settings' in the admin panel, as seen on the right.
The search section only performs a brand search.
In the section below the search, we list the top 3 brands with the highest views.
Category section
In this section, categories related to the brands are listed. Only 6 categories are listed, and no conditions have been applied.
Complaint section
In this section, the complaints are listed. These complaints are filtered based on the condition of being the most recent complaints within this month. A total of 9 complaints will be listed.
Brand section
In this section, brands can be listed according to categories, or a total of 8 brands with the highest complaint and resolution rates will be listed based on the given condition.
Faq section
This area is reserved for frequently asked questions. These questions can be published both under the 'help' page and here. To display them on the homepage, they will only appear when the 'Home' option is checked while adding the question in the admin panel.
Blog and Fast write section
The section above is a redirect to quickly guide the logged-in user to the complaint creation area.
The Blog section will display 3 blogs, and the rest can be found on the blog page.
